Very disappointed in the customer service. The solution they offered was for me to come back in the morning without bothering to ask me how far I had traveled to get there. I called before I left my house to confirm they had the quantity I needed but when I arrived, only 5 were on the shelf and 10 were in the back. Of course a lot of other stuff was stacked on top of them. The "manager on duty" didn't even bother to come out of his office to propose a reasonable solution. I would have even helped unstack the stuff the get what I came for.

Absolutely the most helpful staff ever! Jennifer, the manager, is so caring and really wants to do right by her customers. We recently bought a safe and there was some confusion about the delivery that we paid for online. The delivery man ended up only putting it in our garage instead of in the house. My husband is a disabled police officer and there was no way we could move that heavy safe! After the corporate office wouldn't help, my husband spoke to Jennifer. She sent two of her employees (super nice guys) over to our house to move the safe for us! Jennifer and everyone at the store went above and beyond for us and we won't forget it. I encourage everyone to shop there!
